Be Still and know that I am God

Refresh is an ad hoc series of opportunities to take time out with God to deepen our relationship and spirituality, listen, reflect and seek to restore something of that Shalom balance and wholeness to our lives. There will be a framework for each session to help get us going but the idea is that the core time will be yours with God.
