Ladies' events

The vision of sharing the journey is seen as a way to enable women to support and encourage one another on their life journey. Lou Shorey shared parts of her faith journey and the reassurance that Jesus knows us by name. If you would like to listen to this please click here.

Our aim is to build relationships across generations and life stages by encouraging women to take time out for refreshment, reflection and growth by looking up and out.

There is a Facebook group where we can encourage one another; if you would like to join click here. Please feel free to post any encouraging words or scriptures / answers to prayer to encourage others. This is a closed group and would therefore only be seen by the people in the group but be mindful when adding not to be offensive to others.

We are planning to meet for various events where we can bring friends, make new friends and learn how we can help each other to reach our potential. These are advertised on the church website calendar, and dates will also be placed below as they come up.

This year's events have been well attended by ladies from the church, cafe, and friends from the community; comments we have received from people have been encouraging, and friendships are developing. It has been a privilege to pray for people who have attended as they have felt free to ask members of the team. We have a full calendar next year and are hoping and praying that you will be able to join us again as we journey together
